About Romy!

Romy Bavli was born and raised in NYC but spent a few years in LA while pursuing her B.A. as an acting major at UCLA's School of Theater, Film, and Television.

She relocated back to NYC when COVID hit and has been in NYC ever since!

Since graduating, she has been a part of Sheila Gray's acting studio in NYC.

Her roots are in theater, having also studied at Stella Adler and performed in NYC theater in her teens, but she very actively pursues Film and TV in addition to theater.

She is also very passionate about VO animation.

While she considers herself a straight actor, she has also been involved in the musical theater world, loves to sing, taught herself how to play guitar and ukulele, and has some dance and movement experience.

Additionally, she does the occasional photoshoot, and has been writing/re-working a queer, coming-of-age full-length feature since 2019.
